What should I use for my username?
You can use anything you would like for a username. We would suggest using your email address, as it may be easier for you to remember next time you want to shop.
Are there any restrictions on my password?
Your password must be at least 6 characters and it is case sensitive.
I do not have an account. Why should I create one?
Creating an account will save you from retyping all of your account information the next time you shop with us! After you have used your account to order, you can then log on to your account to check the status of your orders, view past orders and track shipments. Also, an account is required if you wish to purchase any downloadable products or take advantage of
two-click buying.
Will my payment information be stored in my account?
For your protection, absolutely NO payment information is stored in your account without your authorization. If you have enabled two-click buying, your payment information will be encrypted and safely stored in your password-protected account.
Is my information being shared?
InVite® Health does not share your private information with any outside companies.
How do I log in to my account?
At the top of the site, you will see a "My Account" option. Once clicked, a menu will drop down where you can then enter your username and password. Once entered, click the "Sign In" button.
I have an account but I can't remember my password. What can I do?
At the top of the site, you will see a "My Account" option. Once clicked, a menu will drop down, where you can then choose the "Forgot Your Password" option on the left. Enter the username you used to set up your account, then click the "Continue" button. We will reset your password and send a temporary password to the email address stored in your account.
I am not sure if I have an account. How can I find my username?

What is two-click buying?
Two-click buying is the fastest, easiest way to purchase items from InVite® Health - simply add an item to your cart, click "Checkout Now" and you'll be directed to the checkout page, bypassing Billing, Shipping and Payment Information already stored in your account! To start using two-click buying, simply store your payment information by clicking the "Edit Payment Information" link in My Account and select the two-click buying option. Your information will be encrypted and safely stored in your account.
Can I place another order for items I have previously purchased?
Absolutely! Once you enable two-click buying, you can take advantage of our Instant Reorder feature. Every order you place is stored on the Order Status page. To reorder all items from a previous purchase, simply click the "Reorder" button in My Account. Please note, two-click buying must be enabled. Previous discounts do not apply.
I have purchased downloadable product(s) from invitehealth.com, how do I download them?
Click the "My Downloads" link at the top of the page and follow the instructions to download your file(s).
Shopping Cart:
How do I add a product from the "Other Shoppers Have Bought" section to my cart?
To add a product from the "Other Shoppers Have Bought" section at the bottom of the page, insert the quanity you are interested in purchasing, then click the "Add" button. Your new addition will be added to your cart for purchase.
How can I remove an item from my cart?
Under the Quantity section in your shopping cart, click the "Remove" link next to the item you wish to remove from your cart.
How do I change the quantity of an item in my cart?
Change the quanity to one you'd prefer in the box under the Quantity section and click the "Update" button.
Please note the quantity of a "Free Gift" item cannot be changed.
How do I use my Promo Code?
If you have a promotional code that is valid on your current order, please enter it in the box labeled "Promo Code" and click the "Apply" button. The cart summary section will automatically apply the eligible discount to your order. YOU MUST HIT THE APPLY BUTTON TO REGISTER YOUR CODE!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards (from U.S. providers only).
How do I make changes to the information I have provided during the checkout process?
You can see the progression of your checkout process in the Checkout Status Bar at the top of the page. If you wish to change a previously submitted entry, simply click on that step in the Checkout Status Bar. Click "Update" to update the new information. Only the information you have changed will be updated. All unchanged submitted information will remain and will not need to be reentered.

How secure is my credit card?
We use the latest SSL encryption technology to protect your credit card information. When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, and email address. We consider this information to be private and we use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, and notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you select to be included in our mailing list). We do not share your private information with anyone.
