Searching for Products Online

Our comprehensive search tool makes it easy for you to find the supplements you need for your health concerns. Simply type a product name, key word or phrase, or item number into the bar and press the magnifying glass. Use our filtering options to sort through the search results. If there are no results for your search, try broadening your search or checking for typos.

Save for Later

Not quite ready to make your InVite® Health purchase? You can save the products you added to your cart for another day. Simply click the “Save for Later” button under the product in your cart and it will be moved down to the “Saved for Later” segment on the same page. You must be logged into your account to access this Saved for Later section at a different time.

Product Information

At InVite® Health, we offer a vast array of supplements and other products that are formulated based on science. You can learn about the research behind individual supplements and ingredients on each individual product page. To access this information, simply click the “Learn More” button on any product listing. You can also learn more about the overall quality and efficacy of our supplements here. If you have additional questions about our supplements, please contact our nutritionists.

Problems with Checkout

ORDERING

Using the Shopping Cart

Shopping on the InVite® Health website is easy and convenient. Follow these steps to move your chosen products into your Shopping Cart:

  1. To add an item into your Shopping Cart, simply click the “Add to Cart” button on any product listing or page. You will then see this product added to the Shopping Cart at the top right of your page. 
  2. To preview your Shopping Cart, click the cart icon in the top right menu. You can use this preview to see all the items you have added to your Shopping Cart and see your estimated order total. You can make quick changes to your Cart, including increasing or decreasing the quantity of each product in your Cart, from the Shopping Cart preview in the top right corner. You can also remove products from this preview and your estimated order total will automatically update.
  3. You can use the Shopping Cart preview at the top right of the screen to move to your Shopping Cart by clicking the “View Cart” button. You can also continue straight to the checkout process by clicking the “Checkout” button. You can enter promotional codes on both of these pages. Reward Points can be redeemed on the Checkout page. 

Our products are only offered in one size, but we offer Buy 1, Buy 2 and Buy 3 options for our supplements. This gives you the value of buying more without having larger bottles. This helps ensure that your supplements stay fresh and potent. It also gives you the opportunity to keep bottles in different places for ease.

Shipping Policy

We are happy to ship your orders within the continental US. Our shipping offers are as follows:

  1. Orders $50 or over qualify for free shipping.
  2. Any purchase under $50 ships for the standard rate of $6.95.
  3. If you would like expedited 2-day shipping, an extra charge of $7.95 will be added to your shipping fee. For instance, if you qualify for free shipping and want to upgrade to expedited shipping, your total shipping cost will be $7.95. If you do not qualify for free shipping and want to upgrade to expedited shipping, your total shipping cost will be $14.90. Please note that expedited shipping costs for packages over 8 pounds are dependent on the weight of the package, size of the box and delivery zip code.

Some of our products must be refrigerated and are frequently listed with TBD (To Be Determined) Shipping. This means that shipping charges will be calculated by our mail carrier. Refrigerated products will be shipped next day. Shipping rates will vary. After you place your order online, we will contact you with the shipping cost. We will not ship out your order unless we have received a confirmation from you.

International Order

At this time, we do not offer shipping for international orders. Please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 349-0929 Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST or send an email to customerservice@invitehealth.com for accommodations or questions.

BILLING

Order Confirmation Emails

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. This email will contain your order number and an invoice recapping your purchase. If you have any questions, please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 349-0929 Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST or send an email to customerservice@invitehealth.com.

RETURNS

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have purchased from InVite® Health, you may return opened or unopened merchandise with a receipt within 30 days. Unopened products with a receipt will be returned in the original form of payment. A store credit will be provided for a return of unopened products without a receipt. Opened products can be returned for a store credit, with or without a receipt.

Any portion of your purchase made with bonus points will not be refunded.

All sales are final on third party purchases.

Amazon and Walmart returns must be made through Amazon or Walmart.

In-Store Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can bring your product to any InVite Health location to complete your return in the original form of payment. Returns cannot be made without a receipt. All returns are subject to the current return policy. You must bring the form of payment used to make the purchase to receive a credit, if applicable.

To initiate your return by mail, please contact our Customer Service Department via live chat, phone or email. Please send your purchase and receipt to our Customer Service Department. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please send your return to:

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. However, due to reasons beyond our control, items may be damaged during shipment. We will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. If you have received a damaged item, please contact the Customer Service Department. You can do this on our website via the live chat feature. You can also email us at customerservice@invitehealth.com or call us at (800) 349-0929. Please provide us with your name, order number and the item that was damaged and we will arrange for the damaged item to be replaced immediately.

Returns and Reward Points

Purchases made using reward points can be returned following the current return policy, however, reward points will not be refunded. For instance, if you make a $30 purchase using $10 of reward points, you will only be eligible for a $20 refund in the same form as the original purchase. If your entire purchase was made using reward points, you are not eligible for a refund.

Any reward points obtained during a sale for a particular item will be removed from your account upon return.

ACCOUNT

Creating an Account

Creating an online InVite® Health account is quick and easy! Simply click the Sign In/Register button on the top right of the site and follow the steps to register for an account. Having an InVite® Health account will allow you to earn reward points, manage and track past orders, access exclusive offers and more. Register for your FREE InVite® Health account now!

Sign In to Your Account

To sign in to your InVite® Health account, simply enter your email address and password on our Sign In page.

Forgotten Password

Forgot the password to your InVite® Health account? Visit the Forgot Password page and enter your email address. We will email you a temporary password that you can use to sign in to your account. Once you’re in your account, you will be able to update your password to something you will remember and can continue to use.

Edit Your Account Information

Whether you changed your phone number or need a new password, editing your InVite® Health account details is quick and easy! Simply enter the “Account Information” segment of your account and press “EDIT” next to the field you’d like to change. To change your password, use the “Change your password” form towards the bottom of the page.

Saved Shipping Address

For a speedier checkout, you can save your shipping address in your InVite® Health account. To edit your saved shipping address, visit your Account Information page and press “EDIT” next to the saved address.

At this time, you are not able to save multiple addresses in your account, but you can change your address in each individual order by inputting your desired address at checkout.

Saved Payment Information

Saving your default payment method in your account will allow for an easier checkout on the InVite® Health website. To save a payment method, enter your billing address and credit or debit card number into the fields on the Payment Information tab of your account. Absolutely no payment information will be saved or stored without your permission.

At this time, you are not able to save multiple addresses in your account, but you can change your address in each individual order by inputting your desired address at checkout.

Order Information

By entering the Order Information section of your InVite® Health account, you are able to view any past orders you have placed. You will be able to view your order number, the items you purchased, the order total and the tracking number. You can reorder items and track orders from here as well.

If your account is missing some of your past orders, this may be because you had an existing account with us prior to signing up for an online InVite® Health account, meaning you have two different customer numbers. To merge these accounts, please call us at (800) 349-0929. Please have both account numbers available and note that it may take 3 to 5 business days before the change takes effect.

Tracking Your Order

If you have an InVite® Health account, you can track your latest orders directly from your Order Information! Simply choose your most recent order and click on the tracking number link to be redirected to your shipping information.

If you do not have an InVite® Health account, you will not be able to track your order status online at this time. Please contact our Customer Service Department for this information.
