By entering the Order Information section of your InVite® Health account, you are
able to view any past orders you have placed. You will be able to view your order number, the items
you purchased, the order total and the tracking number. You can reorder items and track orders from
here as well.
If your account is missing some of your past orders, this may be because you had an existing account
with us prior to signing up for an online InVite® Health account, meaning you have two different
customer numbers. To merge these accounts, please call us at (800) 349-0929. Please have both
account numbers available and note that it may take 3 to 5 business days before the change takes
effect.
