Other studies have shown that fish oils reduce complications and improve healing after surgery. Other helpful nutrients for post surgical healing include L-Arginine, L-Glutamine, Beta-Carotene, Zinc, and Collagen Repair Formula. If the patient has trouble regaining their strength and stamina consider trying InVite Peak Performance and Jerry's Greens.

When all dairy was removed from their diet, the number of ear infections dropped dramatically, clearing up completely in some of then children. There is plenty of evidence that ear infections are connected to food allergies in some children. Ear infection is the greatest reason for trips to the pediatrician in young children.
