The Science Behind L-Arginine
Research in Biology of Sport explains how supplementation with L-Arginine can enhance exercise performance and recovery. L-Arginine is among the most popular ergogenics intended to enhance strength, power and muscle recovery associated with both anaerobic and aerobic exercise.
