The Science Behind The Ingredients in CNS Protocol II

Research published in the Journal of Evidence Based Integrative Medicine states that supplementing with Valerian Root helped to promote stress relief and healthy sleep patterns. It was found that valerian root contains lignans, flavonoids, and low levels of GABA that helps to fight against free radical damage and nourish brain cells. [1]

A clinical study published in Complementary Medicine Research states that supplementation with Passion Flower resulted in an improved quality of life and sleep quality among human participants, including inner restlessness, sleep disturbance, exhaustion, and lack of concentration. [2]

Research from Nutrients states that B Complex Vitamins help to promote brain health and improvements in biomarkers for oxidative stress. It was found that B Complex Vitamin supplementation helped to reduce neural inflammation and oxidative stress. The biomarkers of stress were significantly reduced in human participants as well. A maintenance range in homocysteine was also seen in the participants who already had a normal homocysteine level. [3]
