Research published in Scientifica demonstrates the importance of magnesium glycinate supplementation on heart health and healthy blood pressure already within normal range. The research provides extensive evidence of common magnesium deficiency. [1]

Research published in Atherosclerosis demonstrates the potential protective properties of supplementation with L-Taurine on heart health and blood pressure already within healthy range through the enhancement of the functioning in the kidney that causes the arteries to expand and increase blood flow. Taurine may also achieve this by decreasing levels of epinephrine (which increases heart rate) and norepinephrine (which causes the arteries to constrict or close up).
