Years ago I shattered my left ankle in a fall. I was told by the orthopedic surgeon I would be in pain, and be walking with a cane for the rest of my life. I had great physical therapy and it helped a lot. Some pain would linger, and I would need to use a cane if I was on my feet a lot. I began using Invite Health's Collagen HX about 4 months ago and noticed that the pain in my ankle was subsiding. Recently, I have seen a scar on my left side become less noticeable and my nails have become stronger and healthier looking. I used to use a "disabled parking permit" and no longer find that necessary because I am pain-free and am able to walk without a cane. I have had this clicking sound and more or less unpleasant feeling in my shoulders for a while when I swim, for instance, or 20 push-Ups. Recently, I have been experiencing similar discomfort in my knee. I have been taking Collagen Hx® for about 2 months now. The knee is much better and when I went for a swim after I haven’t gone for awhile, I noticed that the clicking sound in my shoulders had gone?
