Coenzyme Q10 improves fatigue
In this study healthy volunteers took turns receiving Coenzyme Q10 at 300mg
a day or inactive placebo. They were then subjected to intense cycling to induce
fatigue. When on Coenzyme Q10 the subjects had improved performance and decreased
fatigue. The study is published in the April 2008 issue of the journal Nutrition.
Coenzyme Q10 benefits infertile men
Sixty infertile men received either 200mg of Coenzyme Q10 each day for 6 months
or they received inactive placebo. The men were followed for 3 additional months.
Supplementation with Coenzyme Q10 improved the ability of sperm to move and
swim. The study is published in the April 5th, 2008 issue of the journal
Fertility and Sterility.
