I originally created a formula from black seed to help support respiratory health. We added rosemary, that’s an herb that they use for cooking in the Mediterranean, because it’s such a good anti-inflammatory, it’s such a great antioxidant and it’s so safe.I added a medicinal mushroom called cordyceps. It is one of the four or five mushrooms with a lot of research behind them. I used it because it helps support lung function, but it also promotes energy.†
Studies have found that these ingredients, especially cordyceps mushrooms, can help support liver, kidney, and heart function as well.†
Another study looked at 100 elderly men and women with poor libido or sexual dysfunction. They found that giving the patients cordyceps helped improve their sexual function and desire.†
Now, in older people, there have been studies from UC Davis, from Stanford University. They found that the cordyceps helped support their energy levels, memory, and ear health.†
