Minimizing Effects of Brain Health Diseases

According to research compiled by scientists at the National Institutesof Health and the National Parkinson Foundation, approximately 4 million Americans suffer from Alzheimer’s disease, with more than 60,000 newcases of Parkinson’s disease diagnosed each year. With the help of condition-specific nutrients, a proper diet and a healthy lifestyle, one canimprove cognitive function, minimize the likely onset of these diseases and combat age-associated memory loss. Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid that is present in every cell membrane in the body, including the brain.
