What is Colon Hx™?
There are only two fibers (whole wheat and psyllium husks) that have been shown to protect the colon and Colon Hx™ provides a good serving of Psyllium Husks. Psyllium supplies fiber to cleanse the intestines and to improve the formation of a stool. It also mops up excess sugar and cholesterol improving blood cholesterol and sugar control. Triphala is an old Indian recipe consisting of three herbs that act as a tonic for the intestines, improving digestion and the removal of intestinal debris. Calcium D-Glucarate is a major constituent in cabbage vegetables that makes them so healthy and protective. This ingredient seals toxic waste into the stool, preventing its reabsorption and thereby helping to protect prostate and breast tissue. The combination of these ingredients supplies healthy fiber, removes debris, protects the colon and improves digestion.
