Modern research has discovered Arjuna's antioxidant activity and supports its clinical importance in cardiovascular health. In human studies Terminalia Arjuna aids blood vessel function and improves blood flow even in smokers and heart disease patients. In animal studies, Arjunolic Acid, a powerful Arjuna polyphenol, provided significant protection for the heart muscle. This polyphenol helps maintain heart tissue levels of powerfully vital antioxidants including Glutathione, SOD, Catalase, Vitamins C and E.

Additionally, new research in animals supports the traditional use of Terminalia Arjuna for healthy blood pressure. Coleus Forskohlii, part of traditional Indian medicine for centuries, supplies the active constituent Forskolin; it's useful in a number of conditions. It's also used in individuals with allergies or asthma, and for blood pressure support.

Are the tinctures safe for children?
Our fruit-derived tinctures (Acai Tx™, BlueGranate Tx™,  and Mangosteen Tx™), are excellent antioxidants for children. However, our tea-based tinctures and those with caffeine are not recommended for children.

Why are some nutrients not available as tinctures?
We are committed to developing a wide variety of targeted tinctures for our customers. However, some dietary ingredients may not be suitable as tinctures if they:

• Are more stable in a dry format
• May have a poor taste in liquid
