How it Works:
- Points are not rewarded to shipping or sales tax.
- The credit has to be applied to one purchase.
- Refunds will be deducted from point values.
- Points are non-transferable and can not be combined with coupon offers.
- All 2012 points expire on September 30, 2013.
- Points cannot be redeemed on autoship orders, gift certificates, or coupons. Points are NOT redeemable for cash equivalent.
- Points can only be used for Invite Health products.
