Beauty Smoothie

  • 1  scoop of Collagen Hx™
  • 3  dropperfuls of Green Tea Tx™
  • 1 cup of seasonal fruit
  • Splash of peach nectar
  • Splash of organic apple juice
  • ½  cup of fresh-squeezed carrot or orange juice
  • 13 fl oz. (1 5/8 cups) of ice

Detox Smoothie

  • 3 dropperfuls of BlueGranate Tx™
  • 1 scoop of Greens Hx™
  • ¾ cup of carrot or grapefruit juice
  • 4 pineapple chunks
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 3 drops of tabasco
  • 18 fl oz. (2 ¼ cups) of ice

Digestion Smoothie

  • 2 dropperfuls of Digestive Tx™
  • 1  scoop of Absorb Hx™
  • ¼  cup organic plain yogurt or kefir
  • ¼  cup of rice milk
  • ¼  teaspoon of freshly grated ginger root
  • 2 splashes of organic apple juice
  • 1-2 drops of food-grade peppermint extract
  • 18 fl oz. (2 ¼ cups) of ice

Energy Smoothie

  • 2 scoops of Cocoa Hx™
  • 1 scoop of Barrel of Health
  • 1 scoop D-Ribose Powder
  • ¼ cup of coconut milk or unsweetened organic soy milk
  • ¾ cup of frozen banana
  • 10 drops of vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup of fresh-squeezed orange juice 
  • 12 fl oz. (1 ½ cups) of ice

Healthy Aging Smoothie

  • ½ scoop Greens Hx™
  • 1 scoop Reds Hx™
  • 3 dropperfuls of White Tea Tx™
  • ½ teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon of Ceylon or true cinnamon powder
  • ¼ cup of organic plain yogurt or kefir
  • Splash of peach nectar
  • Splash of organic apple juice 
  • 12 fl oz. (1 ½ cups) of ice

Immunity Smoothie

Meal Replacement Smoothie

  • 3 dropperfuls of Trim Tx™
  • 1 scoop of Meal Replacement Powder
  • ½ cup of coconut milk or organic soy milk
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon of freshly grated ginger root
  • 1/8 teaspoon of Ceylon or true cinnamon
  • 18 fl oz. (2 ¼ cups) of ice

SHAKES & FRUIT DRINKS

To make a shake, combine all ingredients in shaker cup or blender and add crushed ice.

To make a refreshing fruit drink, blend all ingredients and pour over crushed ice.

Green Apple

 Hot Veggie Greens

  • 1 scoop of Greens Hx™
  • 12 oz. of spicy veggie juice (or tomato juice + hot sauce)
  • ½ cup of crushed ice

Tropical Reds

  • 1-2 scoops of Reds Hx™
  • 12 oz. of pineapple juice
  • ½ cup of frozen mango
  • ½ cup of crushed ice

Bone Food Lemonade

Chocolate “Malted” Seltzer

  • 1 scoop of Barrel of Health
  • 1 scoop of Cocoa Hx™
  • ½ cup of spring water
  • 1 cup of naturally carbonated spring water
  • ½ cup of crushed ice

Turbo Shake the Barrel of Healthand Cocoa Hx™ into ½ cup of spring water. Pour into a glass with crushed ice and fizzy water.

 

HEALTHY TREATS & POPSICLES

Dr. Millie’s Green Monster Chocolate Pudding

  • 4 ripe avocadoes, scooped and mashed
  • 2 scoops of Greens Hx™
  • 4 scoops of Cocoa Hx™
  • 1 cup of Organic Coconut Water or Spring Water, add more to desired consistency

Mix well in a mixing bowl or food processor. Serve chilled. Serves 8-10.

Dr. Millie’s Joint Pops

  • 4 scoops of Collagen Hx™  
  • 2 scoops of Reds Hx™
  • 1 cup of mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 2 cups of spring water

Blend ingredients in a blender or mixing bowl. Pour into popsicle trays and freeze.

Reds Parfait

  • 1 scoop of Reds Hx™  
  • 6 oz. of Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup of blueberries or raspberries
  • 2 tsp. of slivered almonds

Mix Reds Hx™  and yogurt in separate bowl. Scoop half the yogurt mixture into a glass, add one layer of berries and one layer of almonds, and top with the remaining yogurt mixture. Garnish with berries and slivered almonds.

Hot Cocoa

  • 3 cups of unsweetened vanilla or plain almond milk, hemp milk or organic soy milk
  • 3 scoops of Cocoa Hx™
  • ¼ teaspoon of Ceylon or True Cinnamon
  • 5 drops of Vanilla Extract

On stovetop at low to medium heat, warm the veggie milk to a scalding point and whisk in the other ingredients until frothy. Serve and enjoy! Serves 2 with a top up.

Dr. Millie’s CocoChiCocoa Pudding

  • 2 cups plus ½ cup of coconut milk
  • 3 scoops Cocoa Hx™
  • ½ cup Chia Seeds
  • Pinch of Himalayan or unbleached sea salt
  • ¼ cup of shredded coconut (optional)

In a medium bowl, gently whisk chia seeds, shredded coconut, and salt into coconut milk. Let set in a covered bowl for one hour. When ready to prepare, whisk remaining ½ cup of coconut milk and 3 scoops of Cocoa Hx™. Fold chocolate milk into chia pudding. Chill and serve.
